How do I enroll?

Your first step is to complete an application and schedule a conversation with a PCU Admissions Team member. If you’ve already spoken with one, reach back out and let them know you’d like to enroll.

Next, you can choose your payment options. You may also request an invoice if your company is sponsoring your education. Your Admissions Coach will support you, step-by-step through the enrollment process. Get you set up for the experience of a lifetime.

What kind of support will I receive as a student and graduate of PCU?

You’ll gain access to exclusive business and professional development resources. Your mentor coach will work with you directly to refine your coaching skills so you are a masterful coach.
Learn everything from how to bring coaching into the workplace and outside.
Learn how to choose your niche and create coaching packages. How to network and develop your marketing in a way that leverages your style and inspires action.

I’m already coaching. Is this for me?

As a PCU-trained performance coach, you will learn advanced coaching tools that go beyond traditional coaching to tackle the root cause of your client’s challenges.

This includes their underlying thoughts, emotions, and energy. As you help clients shift hidden internal blocks, they uncover their own insights that lead to powerful and sustainable shifts in every area of their life.

PCU coaching tools provide tangible, research-backed ROI for any coaching engagement.

How long is the program?

Part 1 of the program can be completed in 12 weeks. At the end of Part 1, you earn the designation of Certified Performance Coach. Please note: you do NOT have to wait until you finish Part 1 to start working with clients.
You can start taking paying clients or working with organizations right after your first module, Module I.

Part 2 can be completed in 3-4 months. At the end of Part 2, you earn your ICF Level 1 accreditation with ICF.
