Performance Coach University Community Guidelines
The PCU group is designed to be a safe place for people to share, learn and grow. We will do our best to make sure each person feels safe, accepted, and encouraged within the PCU community.
Here are the rules we person must adhere to. Violation of any of these rules is grounds for immediate and permanent removal from the community without a refund.
The PCU facebook group is a privilege and is not mandatory.
Show respect. Each person is to show up to the group with an open heart and mind. Respect the opinions and perspectives others bring to the table. This is a great chance to learn and apply all that we learn through the Performance Coach Training program. Do not trash talk, bash others opinions, or gossip. It’s never acceptable to judge another person.
GIVE more than you take. PCU is dedicated to the service of others. Please show up with the willingness to give, support, and contribute to the PCU community. This allows everyone to learn and grow together.
Play nice. There is a zero tolerance policy on bashing anyone associated to Performance Coach University. If you have an issue with someone, please take the matter up with them directly to solve. If you feel it violates one of our community rules, please share your story and proof to support@www.performancecoachuniversity.com.
Don’t steal. You will be most successful in coaching when you are original and honest. There’s no need to steal or copy another person’s work and it will not be tolerated. This is grounds for immediate removal from the PCU community and program. If you plan to share someone’s work, other than your own, please make sure to provide documented permission.
Don’t sell, spam, or violate another’s privacy. PCU is a place to learn and grow. Do not try to sell other PCU members, add them to your newsletter, or take any information without their consent.
Background checks. If you decide to work with any member of PCU please do your due diligence and make sure they check out. Working with anyone within PCU is at your own risk, so please do your homework before signing, or agreeing, to any contractual relationships.
This is not therapy. PCU is not a professional support group or a place of accredited therapy. While there maybe love and support expressed within the group, this is not a replacement for deeper psychological counseling.
Opinions are nothing more than opinions. Opinions, advice and all other information expressed by members in discussions or comments are those of the author. You rely on such information at your own risk. Members are urged to seek professional advice for specific, individual situations and not rely solely on advice or opinions given.
IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES:
We may issue you a warning.
You may hear from our legal team.
You may be removed from PCU, Performance Coach Training Program and our community.
