When does Performance Coach Training start? What if I miss a class?

Don’t worry. You have 24/7 lifetime access to your Performance Coach Training course. If you ever miss a class, you can always watch and learn later at a time that’s more convenient for you. LIVE Q&A calls will also be recorded for later viewing as well.

That means that you can learn at your own pace and you’ll have the PCU community to help you along the way too.

Your first Performance Coach Training class is released on the following Monday upon paying your tuition. Tuition options can be found on the bottom of the PCU homepage www.PerformanceCoachUniversity.com

You will be able to watch all coach training classes online from your computer, phone, or tablet. Transcriptions, worksheets, and other bonus material will be downloadable at your convenience as well.

Do I need to already be a life coach?

You do not need to be a life coach to join PCU. In fact, the best part about Performance Coach University’s online coaching certification training program is the diversity of backgrounds among the students. From business owners, parents, teachers, military, and licensed therapists, each person brings a unique background and experience level to the community.

Likewise, each individual’s goals for going through Performance Coach Training vary greatly. Some have joined to become a better communicator with their children, others want to be a better leader, but most of all everyone wants to learn, to grow, and to serve others with advanced skills they’ve learned as a certified performance coach.

Lastly, it’s not uncommon for individuals to simply join Performance Coach University to learn and grow personally and professionally, using the tools simply for a deeper understanding of human performance and psychology to accelerate their own performance as well as the performance of others.

How much time does it require?

Our main goal is to create the best online coaching certification training program out there and help you become the best certified performance coach possible. Therefore, we recommend that you take as much time on each course and topic as necessary to ensure you have a deep and rich understanding of every tool and theory we teach. We want to make sure you are confident in the application of all lessons in Performance Coach Training.

That being said, the length of each coach training class varies. Most are 1-2 hours in length, delivered 3 times a week (including Q&A). The course runs 12 weeks total.

We recommend you apply the lessons and use the worksheets outside of class to bundle real world application with the classroom theory you’ll be learning. While there may be role-play opportunities in the live Q&A sessions, there’s no substitute for real world application. So don’t forget to practice on family, friends, your accountability buddy, or team.

Remember, you can go through classes at your own pace, so if other days work better for you by all means watch them at your own convenience.

We do encourage you to keep up on course curriculum to get the most out of Performance Coach University, but you’re more than welcome to go through it at your own pace.

Do I get access to all coach training classes all at once?

We do not give access to all classes at once. We’ve set up Performance Coach University’s coach training program to give you a solid foundation before laying on advanced coaching tools and techniques to elevate human performance.

Our goal is to help you become the best performance coach out there and  make sure you get the absolute most out of each coaching tool, so that you (and your clients or team) reap huge rewards from them. Therefore, we set up PCU to release classes one by one, so that as you complete the class, worksheets, and homework, you’re able to fully utilize each skill before the next. We take this methodology seriously because we aren’t just a coach mill, Jairek’s goal is to teach and train the “Navy Seal” of performance coaches.

What if I’m not ready now?

The most successful people will tell you, it’s never too soon. “Leap and the net will appear”, they say. So while you could sit around a wait for the “right moment”, we would say there’s no better time to start learning, growing, improving than NOW.

Will I work one-on-one with Jairek?

If you’re familiar with Jairek’s work, you know he always over delivers. Therefore, you can expect incredibly valuable “group coaching” time via LIVE Q&A sessions with Jairek. However, there is no one-on-one time scheduled. You’ll also see that Jairek is very active in the PCU community group.

How does this work in a large corporate setting?

How the Performance Coaching Tools work in a large corporation usually depends on who specifically they are being used with and for:

C level execs – generally have a coach that can work with them in a group or 1-on-1 to ensure that they are performing at their absolute best and maximizing every minute of every day.

Managers and department heads – our performance coaching tools work great to better prepare them on how to understand, manage and leader their teams as well as maximize their own personal performance.

Employees – PCU tools are great to help them better understand each other and their clients so that they can up their game in communication and how to better influence themselves, their co-workers and clients.
